The Company’s principal objective is to acquire temporary holdings, either directly or indirectly, in the share capital or through investments related to the share capital of unlisted companies, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as in other venture capital entities, through co-investments alongside other funds and institutional investors. The investment strategy will focus primarily on private equity and growth transactions, with a particular emphasis on buyouts and special situations investments, including secondary market acquisitions, with the aim of building a sectorally diversified portfolio. Investments will be made primarily in companies whose centre of operations or core business is located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or North America.
