José Antonio es socio fundador de Alaluz Capital y lidera el desarrollo de proyectos de inversión y expansión de negocio en Latinoamérica.

Inició su carrera profesional en la banca privada internacional de Banco Santander. Fue representante del banco en Latinoamérica para posteriormente gestionar clientes del banco desde Suiza.

Es socio fundador del multifamily office Caudal Capital y Wealth Vision Financial Advisors.

José Antonio es licenciado en Ciencias Empresariales por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid y es agente certificado de asesor de inversiones.

José Luis is a founding partner of Alaluz Capital and participates in the origination and development of the investment projects, from the initial stages to their management and investment.

Previously, he was Director of Wealth Management and Equities at Ahorro Corporación Gestión, managing equity funds and implementing a wealth management service for high-net-worth clients.

José Luis holds a degree in Law and Business Studies from ICADE and is CFA certified.

Enrique is a founding partner of Alaluz Capital, participating in the incorporation, development and execution of investment projects.

He began his professional career in the Fixed Income area of Ahorro Corporación Gestión, with responsibilities in corporate and structured debt. Subsequently, he was responsible for the management and selection of funds and alternative investments.

Enrique holds a degree in Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and is CAIA certified.

Founding partner of Alaluz Capital, Jesús is responsible for risk control.

Previously, he developed his professional activity in Ahorro Corporación Gestión, monitoring and controlling the settlement of financial operations, management of equity funds and as manager in charge of fixed income funds and fixed income portfolios of mixed and pension funds.

Jesús holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from ICADE.

José Luis has been an independent director of the Company since 2017.

He began his professional activity in the financial department of the AMBEV Group for two years. He then continued his career at Kraft Foods / Mondelez International, for nine years, in Financial Planning as director of the department, managing budgets of up to $1B. Since 2015 he has served as CFO of the Delgado & Cía Group and as CEO of InterJuris Acelera, since 2020. Throughout his career he has participated in the evaluation, advisory or development of more than 150 projects in different sectors.

José Luis holds a degree in Economics from UCAB and his degree was homologated in Spain by the Ministry of Education and Science. He also holds a specialization in International Finance from UNIMET and a Global Executive MBA from EAE Business School.

Reconocida abogada, Gabriela es especialista en energías, recursos naturales y proyectos de infraestructuras y, durante más de 30 años, ha participado activamente en proyectos relevantes en el sector petrolero, de gas, energético y minero.

Gabriela es Co-managing Partner de la firma de abogados InterJuris; promotora, cofundadora y socia de la Fundación InterJuris; y Socia de Delgado & CIA.

Gabriela es licenciada en Derecho cum laude por la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, con un Master (LL.M.) de la Escuela de Derecho de Harvard, un Master en Derecho Financiero, por la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello y un MBA por la London School of  Economics y Political Science (LSE), Stern Escuela de Negocios de la Universidad de Nueva York (NYU Stern) y HEC Escuela de Administración, Paris.

Alicia is responsible for the legal and compliance area.

Previously, she worked at Intertrust Group, Spain, participating in the complete process of setting up corporate structures from a legal point of view, providing management and administration services for international clients.

Alicia holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Juan Antonio ha desarrollado gran parte de su carrera profesional en el Grupo Ahorro Corporación, en el área de back office, con responsabilidad sobre más de 250 fondos y sociedades de inversión, con un patrimonio administrado que superaba los 14.000 millones de euros.

Desde su incorporación a Alaluz Capital, está a cargo del departamento de Administración de vehículos de inversión.

José Alejandro es especialista en M&A, Energía y Recursos Naturales, y Financiación de Proyectos. Con más de 10 años de experiencia,  participando activamente en proyectos relevantes en Europa y Latinoamérica.

José Alejandro es licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello y por la Universidad de Nebrija, con una Especialización en Derecho Corporativo por la Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET) y un título del Programa Internacional de Gerencia del Negocio de los Hidrocarburos del Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración.
