Private equity fund which objective is to generate value for its Unitholders by investing in companies, primarily in micro-caps (defined as those with EBITDA of less than EUR 5 million) and small-caps (defined as those with EBITDA of less than EUR 15 million), although these thresholds may be exceeded, headquartered or whose business is primarily based in Northern and Western Europe, and predominantly outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
