The objective of the Company (the ‘Investment Policy’) is to create value for its Investors by directly or indirectly taking a temporary direct or indirect interest in companies (the ‘Underlying Entities’) of a non-real estate or non-financial nature which, at the time of taking an interest, are not listed on the first market of stock exchanges or any other equivalent regulated market in the European Union or other member countries of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
