The Company’s principal objective is to acquire temporary equity interests, through investments in shares or equity interests, preference shares and/or convertible debt, in the capital of non-financial companies not operating in the property sector which, at the time of investment, are not listed on regulated markets in the European Union or in other OECD member countries. The investment strategy is primarily focused on early-stage Spanish start-ups, with a particular emphasis on companies that have successfully participated in incubation and/or acceleration programmes run by Bcombinator Venture Partners, S.L.; approximately one-third of the Total Commitments is also allocated to other early-stage Spanish start-ups. The Company aims to drive the creation, growth and internationalisation of innovative companies in sectors of the future.
