The Company’s main purpose is to acquire temporary holdings, through investments in shares or equity interests (equity investments), preferred shares, and/or convertible debt, in the capital of non-financial and non-real estate companies that, at the time of the acquisition of the stake, are not listed on the primary market of stock exchanges or any other equivalent regulated market in the European Union or other OECD member countries (the “Investee Companies” and any of them an “Investee Company”).
