YIELCO DEFENSIVE INVESTMENTS II, FCR

The Fund is established for the purpose of establishing, maintaining, and managing (including selling), directly or indirectly, equity stakes or equity-related investments in unlisted companies, primarily small and medium-sized (private equity or growth), both in companies and in other private equity entities, with a focus on acquisitions (buyouts) and special situation investments, through co-investments (including secondary market acquisitions).
