The Company will invest primarily in Invested Companies established in the United States and Europe. At least seventy-five per cent (75%) of the commitments will be made in the primary market of the buy-out segments through other venture capital entities subject to Law 22/2014. At most, twenty-five per cent (25%) of investments in Participated Entities shall be made on the secondary market (i.e., by acquiring shares or holdings from existing investors in ECR entities or similar foreign entities; direct co-investments, and; other ECR entities or similar foreign entities in accordance with Article 14.2 of the LECR focused on the growth investment segment.
