The Fund’s main objective (the “Investment Policy”) is to generate value for the Participants through the temporary acquisition of a stake by means of investments in shares or equity interests (equity investments), preferred shares, convertible debt, participating loans, as well as any other form of financing, either directly or indirectly through an intermediary vehicle, in the capital of a company incorporated under Spanish law whose business activity is carried out in the technology sector (the “Portfolio Company”).
