SENDA PARTNERSHIPS FUND, FCR

A venture capital fund that invests in a concentrated portfolio of unlisted companies in the Iberian Peninsula, primarily in Spain and, to a limited extent, in Portugal. The Fund focuses on mid-sized companies with defensive market positions, cash-generation capacity, and potential for growth and operational transformation.

The strategy includes control, co-control and significant minority investments, as well as transactions involving family successions, carve-outs, shareholder reorganisations or shareholder exits. The Fund is managed by Alaluz Capital, SGIIC, S.A. and advised by Senda Investment Partners, S.L.
