PURPOSE OF THE FORM:
ALALUZ CAPITAL SGIIC, S.A. Whistleblowing Channel
available to interested parties who wish to report actions or omissions that may constitute a criminal offence or a serious or very serious administrative offence, provided that they are related to the activity and operation of ALALUZ CAPITAL SGIIC, S.A.
RIGHTS OF THE WHISTLEBLOWER:
Individuals who, in a work or professional context with ALALUZ CAPITAL SGIIC, S.A., communicate information using this channel, shall be entitled to the protection measures established by Law 2/2023, unless the communications have been rejected, are related to complaints about interpersonal conflicts or only affect the whistleblower and the persons referred to in the communication or disclosure, or are information that is already fully available to the public or constitutes mere rumours.
Acts constituting retaliation, including threats and attempts at retaliation, are prohibited. Retaliation is understood to mean any acts or omissions listed in Article 36.3 of Law 2/2023 or those that, directly or indirectly, involve unfavourable treatment that places the persons suffering them at a particular disadvantage compared to others, solely because of their status as whistleblowers.
ANONYMITY OF COMMUNICATIONS:
By default, this is an anonymous communication. This form does not collect any identifying information about the person making the report. If you choose to identify yourself, your identity will not be disclosed to the person or persons affected by the events reported, nor to any third parties. It may only be disclosed to the Public Prosecutor’s Office or to the competent administrative or judicial authority in the context of disciplinary, criminal or sanctioning proceedings, when so required by law.
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WHISTLEBLOWER CHANNEL:
The person responsible for the Whistleblower Channel at ALALUZ CAPITAL SGIIC, S.A. is Alicia Segovia Baeza.
RESPONSE TIME:
Your communication will be addressed within a maximum period of 7 days by the person responsible for the Whistleblower Channel, who will ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of communications at all times. All subsequent communications, if any, will be made via the email address canaldedenuncias@alaluzcapital.com.
COMMUNICATIONS TO THE A.A.I.:
Once the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.) has been established, any individual may report to it any actions or omissions falling within the scope of Law 2/2023, either directly or after communicating through this Reporting Channel.
