The Fund aims to primarily invest in companies whose main operational or business center is located in the EU or North America, or in those that have, or may have, a significant connection with the EU or North America. In particular, the Fund will not invest more than twenty percent (20%) of the Total Commitments in Underlying Investments whose main operational or business center is located outside the EU or North America.<\/p>\n
